Maxine is the Managing Director and Founder of Amax Estates based in Gravesend who have been successfully trading for over 20 years. Specialising in lettings, sales and block management, she is very proud of the achievements her firm has gained demonstrated by the 26 industry awards it has achieved.

Maxine originally started in the industry in 1988 and is a member of NAEA Propertymark and ARLA Propertymark, a Fellow of IRPM and a RICS Associate. She is also a trainer of landlords and agents and has successfully trained over 5000 delegates to date.

Ryan qualified from Winchester University with a degree in politics before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Masters of Law through the University of Law. Ryan works in a number of niche landlord and tenant areas including drafting Terms of Business, defending Rent Repayment Orders, HMO training/advice and discretionary Section 8 Notices.

Three-time winner of the Sunday Times Individual Conveyancer of the Year and Co-owner of the pioneering AVRillo, Tony Piccirillo is highly regarded as one of the most innovative lawyers in his field. A former estate agent with 30 years in the property industry, Tony is a CPD accredited trainer, Author and NLP practitioner who teaches problem-solving with an open commercial attitude. It is no wonder that Tony alongside his brother Angelo have established the world’s most awarded conveyancing law firm, with one of the highest NPS ‘customer satisfaction’ scores within UK industry.

Michael has been Managing Director of Gravesend firm Sealeys Walker Jarvis since 1993. The firm is a multi-disciplined firm, dealing with residential and commercial sales, lettings and auctions. He also holds home inspector and domestic and commercial energy assessor status, together with his Propertymark Qualifications Award.

Darshan has been a property professional for over 21 years. His contribution to the Private Rented Sector has been invaluable and seen him re-elected for the ARLA Propertymark Regional Executive position three times, serving members in the Essex region.

He has active social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, always keen to promote Propertymark branding and how agents benefit fro being members of Propertymark. He believes in promoting recognisable qualifications to school leavers and retraining existing property professionals by rewarding individuals that go the extra mile to better their careers.
