The Property Ombudsman (TPO) had to adapt to a remote service and deal with increased enquiries and disputes with a unique pandemic influence. TPO had to evolve and continued to help agents and consumers deal with a rapidly changing landscape, while continuing to provide government and other stakeholders with data and insight.
