James Munro, Head of the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT), will provide updates on the team’s work and insights into the latest regulatory developments that will affect the industry in 2022. James will also be advising on the Material Information requirements supported by panellist’ representatives of the main steering group to explore the initiative achieved through collaboration with key stakeholders David Cox, Rightmove, Beth Rudolf, Conveyancing Association and Daryl McIntosh, Propertymark.
