Sarah Rivers is a Group Leader at Rent Smart Wales with responsibility for the auditing of commercial letting and management agents, as well as training-related functions. Since joining Rent Smart Wales in 2016, Sarah has gained extensive experience in housing regulation and compliance within the private rented sector.

During her time with the organisation, Sarah has managed several teams with responsibilities relating to compliance monitoring and regulatory matters. This experience has provided her with a broad understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements of Rent Smart Wales.

In her current role, Sarah leads on the audit programme for commercial agents, helping to ensure compliance with licence conditions. She also oversees training activities that support landlords and agents in understanding their legal responsibilities and maintaining standards within the sector.
