Charlotte has worked for The Property Ombudsman for 14 years, with over a decade's worth of experience resolving complaints as an adjudicator and adjudicator manager, covering the range and breadth of TPO's dispute resolution work. Charlotte has also been responsible for the development of numerous TPO guidance documents used by consumers and businesses alike. She was appointed as TPO's Policy Manager in November 2024.
