The Department is currently taking forward work to bring all sections of the Private Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 into operation. This will include drafting of regulations and commencement orders, developing guidance and other materials to assist understanding and raising awareness of the forthcoming changes. David Polley, Director of Housing Supply Policy, will provide an update on this work.
