Ian joined the Coal Authority in 2019, following 18 years of product development experience within commercial and financial sectors.

Ian’s role has evolved over the last four years from overseeing product development within their mining reports suite and advisory services to looking for innovative solutions to evolve the way in which the Coal Authority’s data can be consumed digitally across multiple sectors.

Assistant Development Manager, Coal Authority

With over 20 years’ experience in business management/development, in various sectors including leisure, retail and Health. I am delighted to now ply my trade as Assistant development manager for The Coal Authority. My role is to support the team in proactively managing established accounts, while systematically growing and fostering strong relationships, alongside supporting the delivery of our by-products and services.
