Examination of the powers used by NTSEAT and the enforcement role in the Estate Agency (EA) market. This will cover a move towards recognising the need for consistency across the EA arena in the content and information used in listings.

Investigator, National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team

Lyn was a police officer for over 25 years and joined the team in 2020.

He played first class rugby for several clubs, is married with two sons, and still enjoys weight training several times a week, as wells as walking his two Sprocker Spaniels in the mid Wales countryside where he now lives.

A native of Cardiff, he remains a supporter of Cardiff City, attending games whenever possible. He graduated from South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education, with a Ba degree in Physical Education.
