Local Land Charges Upfront Information – enhancing property listings

HM Land Registry’s Local Land Charges (LLC) programme is delivering the UK government’s most ambitious geospatial data transformation, moving from 331 local authority LLC services in England and Wales to a single, national digital LLC Register.

This session will highlight how HMLR’s LLC data can provide upfront information for property listings, improve accessibility, and support the government’s commitment to transparency in the property market. We’ll be providing a live demonstration of the search service, so Propertymark members can see first-hand how to access and use the data themselves.
