Award in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice

This introductory qualification is ideal for someone with no previous experience who wants to enter the profession. It requires approximately 90 study hours study to complete and is accepted for ARLA Propertymark membership providing you are not a Principal, Partner or Director (PPD) of a property company.

Award in Residential Letting and Property Management

This qualification is ideal for candidates wanting to improve existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management. You can go straight into this qualification without having to complete the Level 2 qualification (Level 5 in Scotland) first.

It takes up to 12–18 months to complete depending on how much experience you already have and is equivalent to A-Level/Higher. This qualification is accepted for ARLA Propertymark membership.

Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management

This qualification is for someone working (or aiming for a role) as a senior letting manager. It requires approximately 260 study hours to complete and you will receive a nationally recognised qualification at a level equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education.

Before enrolling on this qualification we strongly recommend taking our Level 3 Award first. We cannot guarantee that candidates will have the necessary background knowledge through professional experience or an alternative qualification provider. However, if you wish to commence at Level 4 then you can do so at your own discretion and an email disclaimer will be required.

Award in Residential Tenancy Deposit Protection and Management

This qualification is perfect if you have some knowledge of residential lettings and wish to gain recognition for tenancy deposit protection, processing, returning and disputes. However, whilst this qualification will look great on your CV it is not accepted for ARLA Propertymark membership.

This is an introductory qualification ideal for somone who wants to enter the profession or is new to the property industry. It takes approximately 90 hours of study to complete and is equivalent to a GCSE/Intermediate. Please note that this qualification is not accepted for NAEA Propertymark membership.

Award in Sale of Residential Property

If you are currently working (or aspiring to work) as an estate agent, sales negotiator, property valuer or sales/office administrator, this is the qualification for you. You can go straight into this qualification without having to complete the Level 2 qualification first. 

It takes up to 12–18 months to complete depending on your experience and is equivalent to an A-Level/Higher. This qualification is accepted for NAEA Propertymark membership.

Certificate in Sale of Residential Property

This professional qualification is for those currently working as or aspiring to work as a senior sales manager. It requires approximately 260 study hours to complete and you will receive a nationally recognised qualification at a level equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education.
