Vote for your 2025 Vice President Candidates

We're member-led. You decide who represents you. We act on what you need.

Voting is open for two new Vice Presidents of the Propertymark Presidential team, which speaks on behalf of the membership. They engage with you, feed your views back to us, and appear in the media and attend events representing you.

The two successful Vice Presidents will represent ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark respectively.

How to vote

You need your membership number to vote, which is in your Member's Area. All members who are eligible to vote, will be sent information about candidates and a voting link, directly from independent election services Mi-Voice.

Please look out for an email from [email protected].

Members can only vote for the division that they belong to, and joint members can vote across both divisions.

NAEA Propertymark Candidate

Stuart Matthews

MARLA, MNAEA, MANAGING DIRECTOR, MILLER NORTH WEST

I’ve worked in estate agency for over 23 years, covering the whole of the North West.  I started my working life in banking, moved into travel and then onto estate agency.

I’m standing as Vice President to engage with members, listen to their challenges, and ensure they have the right resources, knowledge and support to succeed. I want to educate non-members about the benefits of joining Propertymark.

ARLA Propertymark Candidate

Nicola Randall

MARLA, SENIOR LETTINGS MANAGER, PENNY SINCLAIR

I’m a Senior Letting Manager for Penny and Sinclair, an independent agency in Oxford. My property journey began later in life when I joined as a Sales viewing assistant in my 40s. Having completed my Level 3 Propertymark Qualification, I’m studying for my Level 4, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the property sector. I want to attract and inspire the next generation, engaging with schools to promote property as an exciting and credible career, and help members navigate the increasingly complex landscape of legislation and regulation. Having experienced the value of lifelong learning firsthand, I want to encourage others to invest in their own growth, regardless of their stage in the industry.

ARLA Propertymark Candidate

Nicole Maxwell

MARLA, Operations manager, lar housing trust

I began my property career at 19, working in new build properties, where my passion for property truly began. From there, I moved into Estate Agency with a large firm, gaining invaluable UK-wide experience. I later transitioned into lettings, initially focused on Scotland, and eventually managing properties across the UK.

I’m standing for Vice President to provide representation for Scottish professionals while bringing a UK-wide lens to the role. I believe I’m well positioned to help members navigate the significant legislative changes coming our way. I also believe there's vital work still to be done in rebuilding and strengthening consumer trust. Despite the progress we've made in raising standards and professionalising the industry, the public narrative too often still paints property professionals in a negative light. I believe that some regulation should be standard across the industry and hope to be involved in its implementation.

ARLA Propertymark Candidate

Ben Stokes

MARLA, LETTINGS DIRECTOR, JNP

I always wanted to be an estate agent and had my first opportunity at 17 with Countrywide. After 4 years in Residential Sales, I took my first position in Residential Lettings and have never looked back.

As Lettings Director for JNP, I’m close to the day-to-day challenges we all experience, and keen to give back to an industry that has given me so much.

I’m committed to championing our profession, raising standards, and helping shape the future of our industry.
