As a professional body, Propertymark's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 19 June 2026 at 11:00am provided an opportunity for members to receive an update on the performance of the organisation including membership growth, member benefits, future projects, income, and investment. 

We are proud to be your professional body and the work we do to demonstrate the positive impact our members have in the public interest and the communities we serve. Your insight, experience and feedback continue to shape our direction, ensuring we can provide meaningful support, champion professional standards, and represent the interests of the sector effectively.

About the AGM

The AGM includes a review of Propertymark’s performance and key milestones over the past year, alongside an update on the organisation’s strategic focus and priorities for the year ahead. Members will also hear about key developments across the business and plans to continue supporting the profession.

The meeting provides an opportunity for members to engage with the Board and ask questions, as well as take part in important governance matters, including consideration of any statutory business. Mi-Voice will announce the results of the member elections including your new Vice Presidents for ARLA Propertmark and NAEA Propertymark.

We also get to heard from your new Presidents; Ian Harris MNAEA wh taking on the NAEA Propertymark President role, and Kim Lidbury MARLA who will be become ARLA Propertymark President.

Propertymark members elect new leaders to represent sales and lettings agents

The next Vice-Presidents for the sales and lettings divisions, alongside a Propertymark Board member re-elected for a second term, have been appointed following the 2026 leadership elections. The results were announced at Propertymark’s AGM on Friday, 19 June 2026, where attendees also heard from the incoming divisional Presidents, Kim Lidbury MARLA and Ian Harris FNAEA MARLA.
