Christian has worked in the industry since 2010 when he founded tenant referencing company Van Mildert. The business grew to working for about 1,000 or so letting agents, carrying out over 200k references a year. Rightmove acquired the business, now known as Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services (RLTS) in 2019. Since then, Christian has worked for Rightmove as Head of Lettings Proposition and continues to be on the board of RLTS.

Emma is the Policy & Information Manager with The National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT). She is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and is in her third year as Chair of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) Welsh Branch. She is the CTSI Lead Officer for property and is also the Lead Officer for environment and climate change issues for Trading Standards Wales.

Emma is leading the work on improving material information in property listings and is passionate about improving the home buying, selling and lettings process. Emma is a qualified coach and mentor and is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management. Emma is also a qualified internal auditor. 

Jason is a vastly experienced sales and auction expert with a demonstrated history of building and growing companies. He worked in agency as both agent and supplier for over 25 years and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and results. Jason takes pride in development, training and nurturing of all the team and watching them flourish. Multi-award winning in both agency and suppliers’ category from EA Masters, Sunday Times and Negotiator Awards.

Toby’s career began over twenty years ago, where his passion for property and commitment to excellence ignited a career spanning across London and Surrey. Toby has consistently demonstrated an innate understanding of market trends, client needs, marketing and negotiation strategies, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor and creating a loyal client base. He is soon to embark on his Presidential year with a passion in raising standards and supporting members throughout the industry.

Sarah is responsibile for auditing all commercial agents in Wales.

Tim is leading on Welsh policy for the Private Rented Sector. Prior to joining the Propertymark team, Tim amassed over fifteen years’ experience working in policy and research roles including roles with several Welsh local authorities, third sector organisations and more recently was the Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer at the National Residential Landlords Association.

With over 25 years of invaluable experience in the dynamic realm of Estate Agency, I embarked on this journey at Hunters Property Group in 1997, laying the foundation for an enriching career. Most recently, I held the role of Head of Learning and Development at Lomond, cultivating excellence within the industry.

In my quest to empower teams and foster optimal performance, I founded Your-Crowd, a company dedicated to leveraging Insights Discovery. Through this venture, my focus is on guiding teams to unlock their full potential and be the best versions of themselves. This commitment extends to my continued involvement in Estate Agency Training for Sales and Lettings, ensuring that industry professionals are equipped with the latest insights and skills.
