Starting her career as a property manager when she was just 18, Kim is now a Group Director responsible for a team of over 500 property managers across the country. Her passion, integrity and drive have led her to really understand what consumers want from their agencies, but also how to support people coming into the industry to start their career. Kim wants to raise awareness of the importance of choosing a professional agent, and ensure everyone in the sector has access to qualifications.

Ben always wanted to be an estate agent and had my first opportunity at 17 with Countrywide. After 4 years in Residential Sales, he took his first position in Residential Lettings and never looked back.
As Lettings Director for JNP, he is close to the day-to-day challenges the members experience and is committed to championing the profession, raising standards, and helping shape the future of our industry.

Valerie has 40 years of experience in the Private Rented Sector starting back in the 1980s when Fair Rent Tenancies were still in existence. She began her career at an independent estate agency firm, which was acquired by General Accident in the 1980s and has remained in the corporate working environment since. Her expertise covers block management, residential lettings and repossessions.
For the past 20 years, she has been actively involved with Propertymark, which resulted in her being elected ARLA Propertymark President before serving two terms on the Propertymark Board. Valerie is currently the ARLA Propertymark Regional Executive for the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Isle of Wight area. She also won A Sunday Times award for Outstanding Contribution to the Lettings Industry and a Women in Agency Award.

With experience predominantly in Prime Central London as well as in the South West London and Surrey markets, Georgina’s role involves key client management across the Sloane Square and Belgravia portfolio. In 2015, Georgina was also appointed as the ARLA Propertymark Central London Regional Executive. She obtained Fellow status within ARLA Propertymark in 2014, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2020.

This led to him founding Glenham property in 2009 where he could put to good use his passion for customer service. Pauline started her career with a renowned Warwickshire independent agency in 1997. Initially working in the sales department as a secretary and then negotiator before transferring to lettings, she worked her way through the ranks to a Director position over a period of almost 25 years.
In 2014, Pauline achieved the NAEA, ARLA and ARLA (Inv) industry qualifications successfully meeting her own target to attain all three within one year. More recently, she has realised a dream to live closer to the Lake District and is now Lettings Manager for H&H Sales & Estates, based in Carlisle.

Nicola has worked in the lettings industry since 2003 and is an integral part of the team that helps to run Cavendish Rentals in North Wales and Cheshire.
As Operations Director, Nicola has a wealth of lettings and property management knowledge, and in 2012 she was one of the first in the country to pass the Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management. In 1998 Sam switched to the private sector completing technical exams for NAEA membership and gained the NAEA Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management. Stuart began his career as an estate agent in Bath back in 2003 and made the switch to land and property auctions in 2008 working for a local, independent auction house. Due to his experience within different auction houses throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of the auction market and understands the strengths and weaknesses of each discipline whether it be ballroom auctions, traditional or conditional online auctions.
Having worked for and with some of the best auctioneers in the UK, he launched his own traditional online auction house—My Auction—in 2019. My Auction aims to create a fairer market place for buyers and sellers with the ultimate goal of changing the general perception of auctions within the UK property market.

He is also the immediate Past President of NAVA Propertymark and an Ambassador for the Propertymark Trust. Melfyn is passionate about the estate agency industry. Starting in the industry in 1985, he progressed and started his own company with Tim Goodwin in 2001.
Williams and Goodwin are an award winning agency and are arguably the most successful estate agency operation in their area industry.

I had been aware of Propertymark for some time and decided to join in early 2023 as I was attracted to the mission, vision and strategy to promote high professional standards through regulation, accredited and recognised qualifications, an industry-leading training programme and mandatory Continued Professional Development.

Steven kept to an early vision of wishing to have the diversity of expertise across the property market and has done so by structuring his career operating for ten years in each sector then moving to the next. A member of Propertymark for over 25 years and a past contributor to The Parliamentary Review he advocates the need to ‘promote and promote’ the credibility of our members as the property professionals of choice to the general public.
