Kirstie Allsopp
Kirstie Allsopp is best known as a property expert and co-presenter of Location, Location, Location, and Love It or List It. For the past 25 years, she has guided us up and down the property ladder with her extensive knowledge of how to buy, sell, and renovate our homes. Talking with Propertymark sales and letting division Presidents-Elect Mary-Lou Press MNAEA and Megan Eighteen MARLA, she captivated the audience with her reflections on a 25-year TV career and candid insights into confidence, visibility, and women in the industry.

Dr Elaine Kasket
Dr Elaine Kasket is a cyberpsychologist, counselling psychologist, and expert on how digital choices shape our experiences. Elaine's new book Reboot: Reclaiming Your Life in a Tech-Obsessed World examines the impact of technology on modern life. Her keynote offered a thought-provoking look at our relationship with technology, urging professionals not to disconnect but instead to engage mindfully. Her message that 'technology provides the connectivity, but it’s down to us to do the connecting' struck a powerful chord.

Daisy McAndrew
Daisy is a freelance radio and TV presenter, reporter and writer. She has 30 years’ experience reporting on UK politics, economics and business as well as the British Royal Family. She currently presents multiple shows on talktv including Drive Time show and the 7-8pm show. She is a well known face on American TV screens as NBC News’ Royal Commentator.

Professor Steve Peters
Professor Steve Peters is a medical doctor; specialising in mental health and the function of the human mind. He's dedicated his working life to help people get the best out of themselves and to be in a good place. He is author of mulitple books included the UK's best selling self-help, The Chimp Paradox, which has sold over a million copies. During his session Professor Peters shared his Chimp Paradox framework with the audience, encouraging attendees to take control of their emotional wellbeing to improve decision-making and performance.
