Live auction hammers fundraising challenge
Propertymark head office is the proud home of a giant circus-themed gavel which was sold as part of the Bidpath Foundation’s Gavel Art Trail and Charity Auction in November 2025. The Foundation was set up in honour of Bidpath colleague and NAVA Propertymark Advisory Panel member George Wade following his brain tumour diagnosis in 2024. It aims to raise funds for underrepresented causes through community-led auction initiatives.
Propertymark members join BII’s Accredited Advisors Panel
The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) launched the Panel to give publicans reliable, specialist support on property and valuation matters. Advisors are selected only after demonstrating rigorous professional standards, deep sector expertise, and a strong track record, and we are delighted that three Propertymark members have been appointed to this national panel.

Division Presidents launch their term as elected Vice-Presidents announced
We were delighted to welcome members from across the UK and internationally to our interactive digital AGM, which gave members a chance to hear updates on key issues from our Chair, CEO, and Head of Finance, along with the opportunity to ask questions. We also marked the beginning of fresh Presidential terms for the ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark Advisory Panels and announced this year's successful Vice-Presidents, who now join the presidential teams for the sales and lettings divisions.

Annual report reveals year of growth, innovation and influence for Propertymark
2024 was a year defined by strategic investment, enhanced member support, and strong financial performance. Despite a challenging economic landscape, we held membership fees and Client Money Protection levies at 2022 levels for a third consecutive year, while growing membership by 4.3% to 18,711.

Roaring for a cause: Propertymark teams make waves at Dragon Boat Race
It may not have been bright, but it was certainly early as teams of spirited property professionals gathered at Fairlop Waters on Sunday 18 May for the third annual Agents Giving Dragon Boat Race. Among the 10 teams competing, two flew the Propertymark flag: the Propertymark Green Dragons and the Propertymark Trust. Each boat was crewed by a mix of staff, volunteers, member agents, and supportive friends and family.

Propertymark launches unified logo to build on momentum in consumer awareness
The new logo will be exclusively available to those who take up a new Company Advantage package, signalling to prospective clients that a business has successfully achieved accreditation. In research independently conducted by YouGov, consumers overwhelmingly chose the wording that would make them want to engage and instruct.
Propertymark Trust scholarships get top marks from aspiring professionals
A programme of grants covering up to 100% of the costs for a Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Certificate in Property Agency has been a huge success, with the ‘Class of 2025’ now set to receive their funding. The scheme, launched at the start of 2025, aims to help learners take a step toward professional growth and contribute positively to the future of the property industry.
