Voting closes at 11 am on Thursday, 18 June 2026, with the results due to be announced at the AGM on Friday, 19 June 2026.
Who are the candidates?
Michael Sears NAVA, MARLA, MNAEA (Comm), FNAEA, is standing unopposed for the position of NAEA Propertymark Board Director.
Michelle Masiglat-Cook FARLA, and Hope McKendrick MARLA, are standing for election to the role of Vice-President for the lettings division.
Craig Webster MNAEA, MNAVA, MARLA, is standing unopposed for the role of Vice-President for the sales division.
All outcomes of the member voting will be announced at the AGM in June.
Board and Presidential role elections
Propertymark is member-led, which means members decide who represents them. Each year, members step forward through the leadership election process to stand for key roles that help shape the direction of the organisation and the wider property sector.
A member-led voice for the profession
The Propertymark Board is responsible for agreeing the strategic direction, purpose and culture of the organisation, setting priorities and objectives, and safeguarding its long-term sustainability. The Board is predominantly made up of working practitioners, helping to combine real-world industry insight with independent oversight.
Vice Presidents play an important role by acting as ambassadors for the profession, supporting high standards, representing members’ views, and working closely with Propertymark HQ to share insights from across the industry.
The role is also the entry point into the Presidential Team. Vice Presidents move into the President Elect role in their second year before becoming President in the third year of their term. In that role, they chair their divisional Advisory Panel and Regional Executive meetings, attend Propertymark Board meetings, and act as a high-profile ambassador for Propertymark and its members.

Each Propertymark membership division is supported by an advisory committee, bringing together industry experts from across the UK to reflect a broad range of experience and perspectives. Our industry representatives come together regularly throughout the year to help shape direction, policy and voice members’ views from their region.
