Agents invited to shape the future of PropTech

Propertymark is inviting member agents to apply for a place on the REACH UK Agent Advisory Board, offering a direct role in shaping and testing the next generation of property technology. The Board builds on a proven model that gives agents early access to emerging solutions and the opportunity to influence how they are developed and deployed in real agency settings.

A practical route to adopting new technology

The Board provides a structured environment to assess new tools against day-to-day operational challenges, including compliance, efficiency, and increasing regulatory demands.

By taking part, agents will be able to:

  • Share insight with peers who are already using technology in their businesses
  • Assess new products against real operational and regulatory pressures
  • Test solutions in a live, practitioner-led environment
  • Make more informed decisions about which tools to adopt now and which to monitor

Supporting a more professional, efficient sector

As the property sector becomes more regulated and complex, technology will play a growing role in helping agents meet expectations and maintain standards. Propertymark has consistently highlighted the importance of professionalism, compliance, and innovation across the industry, including through its work on raising standards and supporting agents to navigate regulatory change.

Initiatives such as the REACH UK Advisory Board give agents a practical way to engage with innovation while ensuring new tools are fit for purpose in real business environments.

We work with agents who are not just interested in innovation but are applying it.

The Agent Advisory Board allows for consistent engagement throughout the programme, starting with the first interaction between the cohort and the industry.
