He grew this agency for ten years before selling the business in 2017 and now spends his time helping other agents to grow. He provides one to one and group coaching for letting and estate agents who want to win more instructions, let more properties and earn higher fees.
March 2021 saw Neil publish his first book The Ultimate Property Listing in which Neil focuses on helping agents optimise their listings to get more clicks, enquiries and viewings.
