Following an early career with two leading Jersey estate agencies, Geoffrey qualified as a Chartered Surveyor from Southampton Institute of Higher Education in 1995. He joined Geoffrey Wills Associates that year.

Gill has lived in Jersey for 30 years and has been in estate agency for 20 years. She established Hunt Estates in 2015, previously having been a founding partner of another local estate agency.

Gill has a reputation for honesty and integrity; keeping her clients informed, and works hard to achieve a speedy and smooth transaction for all parties. She sells properties in all price ranges, and through her extensive networking, acts on a significant number of local high value properties which are often maintained on her confidential register. She is passionate about ensuring high standards of professionalism and conduct, and regularly organises education, training and new legislation updates.

Jason is a vastly experienced sales and auction expert with a demonstrated history of building and growing companies. He worked in agency as both agent and supplier for over 25 years and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and results. Jason takes pride in development, training and nurturing of all the team and watching them flourish. Multi-award winning in both agency and suppliers’ category from EA Masters, Sunday Times and Negotiator Awards.

Lorraine has been in Jersey for 23 years, working for 10 years at Skipton International. Prior to that she worked as a Broker and at large retail bank in the local area. Lorraine possesses over 30 years of lending experience, across differing jurisdictions and is Advanced CeMap and IAD qualified.

Philip Syvret is a Solicitor and heads up the property team at Benest & Syvret. He qualified as a Solicitor 30 years ago and is amongst the Island’s senior property lawyers.

Philip advises some of the Island’s leading development companies with clients including the ROK Group of Companies and Andium Homes. He has been responsible for some of the largest developments in the Island advising on conditional pre-purchase and option agreements, structured finance and complex acquisition structures. He was responsible for the first planning obligation agreement registered in the Island.

In the last year or so he has advised nearly 100 purchasers at Horizon, acted in the sale of 39 units at Hemery Row and 19 units at Bella Rocca. Present projects include the development of substantial houses on the site of the Miramar Hotel, St Brelade and the redevelopment of Palm Springs Nursing Home recently approved for a substantial residential development.

He was formerly head of the Chambre D’Ecrivains, a member of the Law Society Committee, a member of the Consumer Council and a governor of Victoria College. He presently sits on the Law Society Conveyancing Sub-Committee. He has recently been consulted by Government on the Consumer Credit Legislation for private lenders. He is a regular commentator in local media on matters relating to commercial and residential property.

Originally from South Africa, Francis has spent nearly 30 years in the UK delivering IT and cyber security solutions to businesses. He launched Westtek Solutions with the aim of redefining IT Support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Through hard work and innovation, he has formed strategic partnerships to provide comprehensive support and cutting-edge cyber security solutions through Security Everywhere, a cyber security focussed business aimed at educating and protecting over one million people from cyberattacks by 2023. Francis is a mentor for CompTIA, helping train the technology gurus of the future and believes that it is the increase in cyberawareness that is at the heart of the solution to the threats we all face.
