Lettings Business Manager - Andrews

Tomasz started his lettings career in March 2008 as a trainee lettings negotiator for one of London’s most recognisable estate agencies. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in sales, lettings and property management, working for several corporate brands. He currently oversees the Andrews lettings and property management division across South West London. He's passionate about always doing ‘the right thing’, improving industry standards and delivering excellent service.

Paul Shamplina has spent over 30 years in the legal field helping landlords with problem tenants, with previous experience working as a clerk, private investigator, debt collector and certified bailiff. Paul believes passionately in the rights of landlords (and tenants where necessary), and campaigns tirelessly to improve standards throughout the private rented sector. He regularly appears in the national press, radio and television, and most recently Paul and his team at Landlord Action featured regularly in Channel Five’s hit series ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords.

Mark helps individuals better understand and manage their taxes and provides complex tax advice in a way that is simple and easy to understand. He advises on several taxes including income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax and works closely with financial advisors to get the right balance between tax and investment advice.
