Elaine Penhaul

Founder, Lemon and Lime Interiors

Elaine is passionate about property staging as a powerful marketing tool and is on a mission to dispel the myth that it’s simply a ‘nice to have’ aligned with interior design. Her multi award-winning business, Lemon and Lime Interiors, works with agents such as Knight Frank, Savills, and Fine & Country, helping clients secure offers up to 15% over guide price and sell up to four times faster than comparable unstaged homes.

She regularly appears at UK industry events, including Propertymark conferences, and has been featured in Estate Agent Today, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and on TV shows including Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Houses and The Great House Giveaway.
