Embracing change — Navigating our new property landscape

The property world is changing rapidly as a result of demographics, technology, affordability and legislation. The industry could wait and let it happen and then react, always one step behind what’s happening: or it could grasp those changes as a major opportunity to refresh how we do things for the better, giving agents a competitive edge along the way.

Who better to unpack this for us than Phil Spencer, Founder of Move IQ, co-presenter of C4’s Location, Location, Location and passionate advocate for the shared aims and objectives of Propertymark to aim to provide impartial and objective property advice to all.
