All Inclusive Lettings

We are refreshingly unique compared to other local lettings agents, as we are the 1st fee free estate agency. We believe that it is only right to include all service fees within our management cost and not charge a penny more. Our old school values will always aim to deliver a professional service for a fair price. Therefore, we will not ever deduct or charge contractors any commission on works completed under our property management service. With that in mind, if you have your own contractors that you prefer to use, we can onboard them as well when we check your property in.
