In 1988 Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury launched Avery Estate Agents at 199 Milton Road. Sarah and Daren two young, very enthusiastic, fully trained estate agents, alongside Robert an established entrepreneur in the local area decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency. From the outset their aim was to provide a first-class personal service to customers looking to purchase or sell property within Weston, Worle and the surrounding villages. Avery Estate Agents have witnessed many major changes within the industry over the past 35 years experiencing drastic high and lows within the market sector. Proudly we have continued to develop and grow throughout the years remaining an independent company. The ethics and beliefs of Avery have never altered and remain the same to this day and will continue for many years to come.
