Our Story In 2024, Alistair and Edward launched Cornwall Properties—a letting agency with a fresh, straightforward approach to the property sector. Having long held ambitions to run their own business, they combined over 35 years of experience to create a vibrant agency specialising in HMOs, student housing, and premium residential lets. With Alistair’s background in building one of South Cornwall’s largest portfolios and Edward’s career in property development, their vision was simple: make the entire letting experience as plain sailing and stress-free as possible for both landlords and tenants. A New Chapter: Sales in 2026 Alistair and Edward’s energising and open style quickly resonated with clients, building a portfolio of over 100 tenancies across the county. Recognising that their clients wanted that same personal, one-to-one care when it came to selling their homes, Cornwall Properties officially launched its sales department in 2026. Today, we offer a complete, personal property service throughout the stunning county of Cornwall. Whether you are selling your home or looking for expert management, our focus remains on building lasting relationships and providing the same friendly, professional service that started it all.
