We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents located in South Northamptonshire and covering the Northampton, Towcester, Daventry and Rugby areas as well as the surrounding villages. Established in 2003, we are RICS regulated and provide Surveying services also to include home surveys, defect diagnosis inspections, land surveys and more. Our Principal Director David is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years' experience. David's co-Director, Natasha, joined the family business 10 years ago and is a qualified Property Solicitor. All staff are qualified in their respective fields and we aim to provide a professional, personal service for each instruction. In our Estate Agency department we offer drone photography, a 3D Matterport Scan, accompanied viewings and personal key collection and handover at completion. We never accept or give referral fees and operate on a completely independent basis.
