When Finlay Brewer opened its doors in 1992, the idea was simple – be better. Better service, better results, better relationships. Founded by Teresa Brewer and Simon (Finlay) Gresswell, the business grew quickly through word of mouth and a reputation for genuine, community-first estate agency. Three decades later, the same founders remain at the heart of the company, now joined by a long-standing team. Together, we’ve become one of West London’s most trusted independent agencies – growing through honesty, knowledge and continuity. We don’t just work in West London – we live here. We know the streets, the stories, the schools, the cafés and the communities. We believe in connection and care, and we treat every client with the attention they deserve.
