Modi’s is an independent estate agency and Chartered Accountancy firm based in North London. We have a strong team of experienced professionals who are proactive and committed to helping you with your property needs. We built Modi’s using our experience and extensive knowledge of the property industry, in particular of residential sales, lettings and management. We have had the experience of dealing with unethical agencies and companies that over-promise but under deliver. Our business model is completely different – we deliver the best possible experience with expert advice every step of the way whilst only providing the services you need and want. Therefore, on initial consultation, we identify your specific requirements and tailor your package accordingly. During our market research phase, we found that most of our respondents still prefer a bricks and mortar estate agent rather than an online agency. We explored this in more detail and found one of the main reasons for this is due to online agencies operating like volume businesses i.e. low upfront fees but no real follow up or updates after. We want to be the ones to prove this wrong and help our clients achieve maximum value for money. Therefore, we ensure we have the same presence of a traditional agency whilst delivering even more.
