How it all started I initially started work as an estate agent over 25 years ago when I was approached by one of the towns leading agents who I had met when I was providing his business with their fleet vehicles. He knew my work ethic would assist his business to grow. Fast forward to 2007 when the time was right for me to purchase my own business where I could bring my values even closer. My main objective to provide a better service than anyone else. At the time we had recently moved and having experienced the stresses first hand I could see where my empathetic nature was really needed to help my clients navigate through this stressful time. But I did not do this on my own, let me introduce you to my wonderful team starting with my husband Rob who has backed me all the way. When we purchased PRH he left his job as a qualified mechanic and began carrying out the repairs and maintenance for our rental properties we managed, meaning we could keep costs down for our landlords. At the beginning of 2024 he downed his tools yet again. This time to don a suit and step into the office. Don't worry, we have employed another maintenance man (Ryan)so that we can continue to keep costs down for our clients. Rob has settled nicely into his roll and has taken to it like a duck to water. To complete the team we have Caroline who has the same work ethos, understands what we strive to deliver and offers the same honesty, integrity and professionalism. Caroline is trained in sales but as a small office she is also happy to help with the lettings side when and where she can. We are delighted to have her as part of our team.
