Quilliam is a well-established independent boutique agency located in the heart of Brentford, West London. Founded in 1999 by Julia Quilliam BEM and her brother Craig. Known as Brentford’s longest-established independent estate agent serving the local area for nearly three decades and now joined by Julia and Craig’s nephews Ethan and Teddy making it a unique family run business. Julia and all her team pride themselves on their local, independent approach whilst maintaining the highest professional standards. Committed to the local community working towards a better Brentford, Julia Quilliam has been awarded the British Empire Medal for her contributions to Brentford including the ‘Brentford is Brilliant’ campaign. Working alongside the Brentford High Street Steering Group Julia worked on several projects including the restoration and relocation of the St Lawrence’s War Memorial, refurbishment of Market Square and relaunching Brentford Market, organising the Olympic Torch procession, Royal Wedding celebrations, the late Queen’s Jubilee and St Georges Day events. However, Julia’s favourite accomplishment is probably the annual Christmas lights. Brentford had never had Christmas lights and Julia took up the challenge to brighten the High Street year after year.
