Tamsin established South Play Property Management in 2007 in response to many of her friends and colleagues moving out of London and wanting to rent out their flats without the extortionate estate agent fees. She studied to become Propertymark qualified and over the years has gained an extensive network of contacts and in-depth knowledge of the London property market. Prior to this, Tamsin worked in Event Management and marketing for over 10 years, with the majority of that time spent in Corporate Events teams at various Investment Banks. She excels at multitasking, negotiating with service providers to secure the best deals for her clients, solving logistical problems and communicating with people at all levels. Her clients rely on her experience and exceptional service.
