TopMarks Property is run by husband and wife team Mark and Michelle. As experienced landlords we deliver the service we want as landlords, driven by high quality, transparency and integrity. We are a property management company specialising in HMO’s (houses in multiple occupation) operating in the North of Nottinghamshire.

Since 2018 we have built up a strong successful portfolio with long term tenants who have renewed their tenancies time and time again as they love the service we provide but more importantly our house is “their” home, a place where they feel comfortable, safe and secure.

Our ethos is to “Value people and property”. We look after our tenants and our houses which has earned us an excellent reputation in the local area.
