Meet Your Trainers

Jacqueline Omoniyi

Jacqueline has over 20 years’ experience in Scotland’s private rented sector and a keen interest in lobbying for positive change. Having worked for some well-established letting agencies, she took the leap and started her own company, which she successfully developed before selling to a major national operator to concentrate on her young family.

Ian Potter

Ian worked in letting agencies for almost 20 years before he joined ARLA Propertymark. During his time here he met with many government departments and politicians concerning the PRS in all legal jurisdictions, including the introduction of Tenancy Deposit Protection.

Having retired in 2014, Ian currently works as a consultant for several companies related to the PRS including Propertymark Qualifications, TDS, and Safe Deposits where he was recently appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors. Ian has wide knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding client accounting having experienced many different software systems and processes.
