An on-line course comprising of two 90-minute modules, which look at the practical aspects of putting a business plan together, both for existing and new offices/revenue streams.

The course is primarily aimed at existing businesses, offering practical advice on how to make your annual business planning, and ongoing review mechanisms, both more effective and more inclusive. Learn how to monitor progress effectively on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and indeed daily basis, reviewing your plan as required. This includes looking at a typical monthly management report to identify whether it focuses on your Key Performance Indicators effectively.

Meet Your Trainer

David set up his own estate agency in 2002 with no previous experience and prides himself on doing things differently. The agency now has four sales offices and a centralised lettings office in South Wiltshire.
