Sandy Bastin is a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in real estate and has been with TDS since 2008. As Director of Resolution, she leads the end-of-tenancy dispute process, overseeing both the Resolution and Adjudication teams. Sandy focuses on promoting self and early resolution, ensuring disputes are resolved fairly and efficiently, with independent adjudication available where needed. She also oversees the training, mentoring and quality assurance of adjudicators to maintain high decision-making standards.

Alongside her operational role, Sandy contributes to raising standards across the sector through TDS Academy, webinars and industry speaking engagements.
