Aubrey Lee & Co was established in 1952 and I formed and opened the Blackley Office in 1983 and the Crumpsall office in 2000. We specialise in the sale and rental of properties in M8, M9, M10, M11, M18, M24, M35 & M40. We act for many Banks, Building Societies, HA’s and LPA Receivers selling properties in possession or receivership. We have acted in the sale of many large portfolios as well as the sale of complete blocks of flats to a wide range of both local and international clients. We have recently added auction, both online and in room to our range of services. This has proved to be increasingly popular and successful with many sales achieving substantially over reserve.
