Flex Residential

Flex Residential is a locally established Lettings and Property Management company serving the South Yorkshire area. Founded in April 2021 by Director Adam Fletcher, the business was built on over 15 years of industry experience and a strong passion for delivering a personal, hands-on service to both landlords and tenants. From the outset, Flex Residential has been committed to raising standards in the local lettings market by focusing on quality properties, transparent processes, and dedicated support. With deep roots in South Yorkshire, Adam and the team bring local knowledge and expertise that help connect tenants with the right homes while ensuring landlords receive reliable, professional management of their investments. In July 2023, Kerri-Lea joined the company, strengthening the team with her skills and commitment to excellent customer care. Together, the Flex Residential team continues to build a reputation for friendly, approachable service and a proactive approach to property management. At Flex Residential, we pride ourselves on doing things differently. Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality rental properties in South Yorkshire and to deliver a service that is personal, responsive, and tailored to the needs of our clients. Whether you’re a landlord seeking peace of mind or a tenant searching for your next home, Flex Residential is here to help every step of the way.
