Our Story: 30 Years in the Making Every story starts somewhere. Ours began in Fleetwood back in 1995 with one simple belief that estate agency should be honest, straightforward, and built on trust. From a small family office by the coast, Harris & Co has grown into the Fylde Coast’s longest-established independent estate agent, proudly serving generation after generation of local families. We didn’t set out to be the biggest, just the best at what matters most helping people move forward with confidence. Whether it’s buying your first home, finding the right tenants, securing a mortgage, or unlocking the potential of a property through serviced accommodation, we’ve always believed in keeping things clear, personal, and focused on you. Over the years, we’ve built more than a business. We’ve built relationships. We’ve celebrated with families collecting the keys to their forever homes, supported landlords in growing their portfolios, guided first-time buyers through their mortgages, and helped owners turn properties into thriving short-term lets. Every success story has been part of our own. Our dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. From multiple GOLD WINNER awards at the British Property Awards to recognition for customer service across Lancashire, our achievements reflect the trust placed in us by our clients and the high standards we set for ourselves. But what truly defines us is our community. Fleetwood isn’t just where we work, it’s our home. That’s why you’ll find us sponsoring local sports teams, backing charities, supporting families in need, and working alongside local councils to make a difference. For us, estate agency has never just been about bricks and mortar it’s about people, stories, and futures. Nearly three decades on, our family values remain at the heart of everything we do. Honest advice, open conversations, and a commitment to putting clients first. That’s the Harris & Co way yesterday, today, and for the future.
