Whether you're looking for a fully managed or tenant find only service, we can help with all aspects of the lettings process including giving initial free advice, using our high end branding and marketing to source a Tenant to drawing up the tenancy agreements, creating inventories and moving your Tenants in. Our fully managed service won't end there, we will continue to manage your property being the first point of call for your Tenants and arrange any necessary works or certificates using our local independent contractors. Furthermore, we collect the rent each month and build a rapport with your Tenants to help to minimise the risk of non payment. At the end of the Tenancy we liaise with your Tenants following the closing inspection and can help negotiate to avoid lengthy arbitration with the Deposit Protection Services.
