About MD Properties MD Properties was established in 1992 by Robert and Diane Macfarlane. Our Managing Director, Izabela Soszynska-Opryszek, joined MD Properties in 2010 after completing her Master’s degree. Over the years, Izabela gained extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the business — from lettings and management to operations and client relations. In 2016, Izabela became a shareholder, bringing a fresh vision and energy to the company. She modernised the office, streamlined internal procedures, and introduced innovative systems that improved efficiency and enhanced customer service.
