Richard Boud Estate Agent

I am the owner of Richard Boud Estate Agent - a bespoke estate agency covering Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and East Devon. I offer a unique personal one-on-one 24/7 service for my clients, assuring a professional home moving experience. I will personally handle every step of your selling process, from valuation right through to handing the keys over on completion. That means every detail from preparation and staging for the photos/video, producing unique “key facts for buyers'” property details, showcasing your property at accompanied viewings, negotiating the sale and progressing the sale - through to being sold is dealt with by myself. Whenever you need my advice, I am available to my clients 24/7. I have over 30 years of experience and knowledge within estate agency in East Devon, having been in the business all my working life. This included managerial positions with both independent and corporate companies, which led me to run my own business as the next logical step. When it comes to marketing- all my properties will be on Rightmove, Zoopla and Facebook and will be professionally presented with quality photography, video and floor plans. There will be a comprehensive marketing presentation report of your property. I will also personally conduct all viewings whenever is most convenient to my clients. My key focus has always been customer care with an unrivalled level of communication. I can enhance this by offering my bespoke, personal estate agency service. You will get a unique, professional experience you will not find on the High Street. As proof that I offer the highest level of integrity, I am a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. I am a member of The Property Ombudsman, so you know you will be in safe, professional hands from start to finish.
