The Total Letting Service have staff dedicated to specific roles , so if it is a maintenance issue or accounts query , we do not use call centres , you will be speaking to people who are local and know your property and are here to help . The Total Letting Service can provide unbiased advice on all aspects of letting or buying to let , we are not an Estate Agent , we are 100% specialists in residential letting and property management . We can provide a range of services from "Find a Tenant " which gives Landlords the advantage of using our professional service to find a new tenant and once the tenancy begins , the landlord will then become the point of contact for the Tenant and The Total letting Service have no further involvements - We do not charge renewal fees , Our Fee is a one off fee ! Find Tenant only service with Rent Processing provides Landlords with the advantage of being able to manage the property themselves while having The Total Letting Service overseeing the rent payments Management Service gives landlords the peace of mind their property is being looked after by a regulated and professional agent , who will look after their property as if it were our own and as the main point of contact for the Tenant , we will oversee all aspects of the tenancy including maintenance .
