Who We Are WPG Sales and Lettings is a family-run lettings agency rooted in the heart of North East England. As part of the wider Watson Property Group, we bring over 30 years of experience in the rental property market. Our journey began on Heddon Banks Farm, our family farm since 1923, located in the historic village of Heddon on the Wall near Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland. While still an active farm, Heddon Banks has also become a cornerstone for our property ventures, where we began by converting old barns and buildings into residential accommodation. Our portfolio has since expanded to include a diverse range of properties, from countryside homes to city apartments in Newcastle City Centre and the Quayside. Alongside traditional lettings, we specialize in major refurbishments and renovations, ensuring each property we manage or own meets our high standards of quality and comfort. At WPG Sales and Lettings, our roots and commitment to excellence set us apart, making us a trusted choice for property lettings in the North East. We had the privilege of attending the EA Masters in London, the UK’s largest estate agency event, on Tuesday, 5th November 2024. We are thrilled to announce that WPG Lettings as were at the time, are officially ranked in the Top 20% in the country for Best Lettings! This recognition is part of the Best Estate Agent Guide 2025, and we couldn’t be more proud of this achievement.
