Virtual classroom vs face-to-face

In-house training

This course is also available as in-house training in your office for groups of five to 20 people. This is an extremely cost-effective way of training larger groups. You just need to provide the coffee and the venue and we'll provide our highly experienced trainers and the course materials.

Host was very good, interactive quiz kept it interesting and I felt engaged. I used the course as a refresher as I have passed Level 3, but as we have a lot of student property there are things that I don't cover in my day-to-day (e.g. company lets, universal credit, serving notice, etc...) and as we have just taken on an apprentice I am aware i need to be up to speed in order to guide her through her training and into Level 3 study, so this course was perfect for me and I have booked Part C for August - highly recommend!!
