Charles Lloyd Real Estate

Charles Lloyd has worked in prime residential property since 1986, beginning his career in Warwickshire before moving to central London in 1991. With a deep-rooted understanding of the London market, Charles has built a reputation for discretion, integrity, and results at the very top end of the market. He began his London career at a boutique agency in Holland Park before moving to a larger independent firm in Mayfair. In 2006, Charles joined Savills on Sloane Street, later launching and heading up their Mayfair office from 2010 to 2020. During this time, he also oversaw the successful opening of their Marylebone office. In 2020, Charles joined CBRE to help establish and co-lead their Private Office, specialising in super-prime, off-market transactions for a global network of private clients. His career highlights include achieving Mayfair’s first £90 million house sale and brokering the record-breaking off-market sale of Mount Street’s only unbroken block not owned by the Grosvenor Estate. In 2025, Charles launched Charles Lloyd Real Estate, a bespoke advisory firm focused exclusively on off-market sales and acquisitions in London’s super-prime market, acting on behalf of a select group of private clients.
