SouthSide Property Management was established in 2009 our office is located on Nicolson Street next to the University of Edinburgh and George Square Gardens. We cover property lettings and property management in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. SouthSide Property Management is a team of hardworking, driven and committed individuals with around half of the team being with us between 5-15 years and we believe in long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants. Our marketing strategy includes advertising on all of the most popular property portals. We offer 4 main services including Full Management Service, Let Only Service, Formal Pre-Purchase Rental Survey and Inspection Only Service. For a monthly full management fee of 9%+VAT (10.8% incl), we cover everything from the professional photography, online marketing, to let board, viewings, referencing and credit checks and signing the legal documents on your behalf and manage the property thereafter, and we never add a commission or arrangement fee for any maintenance works.
