Building construction and defects

This two-part course will assist you in the sale negotiation process by giving you the skills to identify and potentially overcome problems before they even arise, as well as helping you to understand the terminology used by surveyors in their reports.

Whilst estate agents are not surveyors the greater your knowledge of how construction techniques and defects interlink, the more you are fully able to advise your clients.

Both parts of this course support the Propertymark Level 3 qualification in The Sale of Residential Property unit 4 entitled Property Appraisal and Basic Building Construction and defects.
