This course covers the fundamental concepts of being a letting agent, what legislation you need to know and your obligations to tenants.

This course is for anyone with little or no experience of letting residential property. It aims to give you basic understanding of the legal concepts which underline the letting of property and focuses on developing your knowledge of land, forming tenancy agreements, repairs and tenant safety.
