Natasha is the Head of Strategic Housing and Regeneration for the Government of Jersey, leading the team responsible for housing policy and major regeneration activity. She has worked in the construction and built‑environment sectors for over 20 years, with the last 15 spent in regulatory and policy roles within government.

More recently, Natasha has played a leading role in several significant housing and development policy initiatives, including the delivery of the Bridging Island Plan and, last year, the development and approval of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Law.

She works closely with Andium Homes and the States of Jersey Development Company and has a strong interest in building wider relationships across the housing and development sectors. Natasha believes in the power of engagement, collaboration and - at times - compromise to create solutions that support Ministers’ priorities and meet the needs of Islanders.
