Renters' Rights Act Phase 1: A practical guide for letting agents

This session will give landlords and letting agents a practical overview of the key Phase 1 changes under the Renters' Rights Act.

Nicholsons Solicitors, in partnership with Alan Boswell Group, will outline a clear compliance checklist, covering what actions need to be taken and when.

The session will address rent reviews, section 13 notices, tenant notices to quit (including joint tenancies), serving section 8 notices, and the eviction process. It will also highlight the consequences of non-compliance, followed by a Q&A.
